ABOUT OUR CLASSES
We offer private one-on-one sessions and semi-private classes for two, so you’ll never feel lost in a crowd.
All sessions are taught on the Pilates reformer using the Classical Pilates method, developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. This original system focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and control from the inside out.
Classical Pilates isn’t just a workout—it’s a proven method that transforms how you move, feel, and live.

ABOUT THE OWNER, TINA BLONDIN
27 Pilates was founded by Tina Blondin, a dedicated instructor with more than a decade of experience in classical Pilates.
After experiencing firsthand how the method transformed her body—building strength, control, and confidence—she pursued a Comprehensive Teacher Training Program.
In 2015, she graduated from the Beacon Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training Program, completing over 500 hours of training.
In 2024, Tina opened 27 Pilates in the heart of Wappingers Falls, NY, bringing her passion for movement to the community.
She loves helping clients feel good in their skin and takes pride in guiding people to discover strength and confidence at every stage of their Pilates journey.
